I seem to have some type of scab on the tip of my penis, and it just wont go away. It has been there for like a month now. I peeled some of the skin off, just to see if maybe it would go away. The only thing that I thought may have caused it is the fact that sometimes I wake up with a little precum on my boxers and the tip of my penis, I thought that may have caused it.

Nah man...Nothing to worry about. I think it was just your sperm that dried and got stuck to your cloth. Naturally, as you took your clothes off to take a shower or something the cloth got pulled away from the penis and might have ripped some small skin.
It happened to me a while ago, and nothing happened. It did take a while to come back to the natural color, but it's fine now.
