Hi everyone. I am a 16 year old male (about to turn 17) and I was wondering some methods I could use to get rid of my "fat" so I could start to get muscles. Last time I checked (which was about 7 months ago) I weighted 160 pounds and I've just been eating whatever I've felt like from fast food to dinner resturants.
I can't go into a gym because my mom works all of the time and I would have no ride there so I thought of home based workout sessions. The thing is my mom cooks many foods with "fats" or meat for me and my brother and so I can't get a healthy meal, I don't want her to go out of her way to make me a separate dinner every night.
What I've taken into account is to run every morning and to do sit ups and push ups. I think I should run around 5 am every morning but my friend says that you should work out before 4 am because if you don't then you can't sleep at night.
I need to know how many sit ups I should do daily (for example: sets per hour) and push ups.
I am also trying to eat healthy and limiting my consumtion of unhealthy meals.

There is no exact number of how many sit ups and push up you are going to do, you just have to balance your diet and exercise everyday.
