Hey I jut turned 14 about 4 days ago and I am about 100 pounds, that sounds good but the problem is I'm only like 4'11..Im a dancer and I would like to lose more weight so the things I do will come easier to me, and also I want to look thinner and no longer have a gut. People say I'm "not fat" but that's not my problem. Can anyone help? I need to lose like 10 pounds in time for my performance..:/
go on the web and look up the cabbage soup diet, its a quick fix but also a kick starter too
