im a 19 year old girl dont smoke or drink im not what sum might call fat but im not exactly thin either. im having to attend an event in december and i need to tone up. could someone please give me the easiest and fastest way to do so? im not a person for diets and i dont each much either but i need something thats suited for a girl my age please give me reasonable answers im willing to sacrifice but i cant live on veggies.

The fastest (& cheapest) way to tone up is to start running.

Be sure to start off with some stretching and jogging to warm up.

Or join a gym and go to the aerobic classes.

If you work out a lot, you won't have to worry that much about your diet.

But avoid the junk food, eat lots of salad/veggies, and lean protein like tuna.
