Hi, I'm Shanna. I'm 13 years old, 5 foot 6 and I weigh 135 lbs. I hate my body and I want to lose my stomach and thigh and be skinny like the other girls I see around me. Losing at 15-30 lbs will work but I want to maintain that shape too. Somebody please help me lose this weight
I would say your at a normal weight for your age and height and i no how you feel. I feel the same way some times thinking everyone is so thinner that I am but don't stress about it too much you need fat to grow it will should come right off the more you grow but if you really want to lose just eat right do about 30 minutes of cardio like swimming or biking a day and just feel good about yourself and comfortable in your skin.
