Hello all,

I have big time nerve issues and headaches since July 2013. Medical history: have GERD, shortness of breath, and high blood pressure that had occured before this.

I'm on metoprolol, ranitidine, albuterol, and was prescribed depakote from my neurologist. In December 2011, I had a rapid heartbeat due to high caffeine use. I stopped that cold turkey and was prescribed metoprolol and diltiazem by my cardiologist(have since come off diltiazem)

I notice that when I am standing still, I feel very unstable in my balance. This can be worse on days I don't sleep well but still present even when getting decent rest. When, I move my head down or side to side while standing and walking, my sense of balance is totally distorted. Sometimes, I feel like there is pressure pushing down on my head.

I went to the hospital in July 2013 because I had shooting pains in my head. CT scan looked good, MRI was good too.

The neurologist I see seems knowledgable, but she doesn't want to prescribe anything for the dizziness. I also have headaches that come and go throughout my head. I will get tremors in my legs and body, especially when I am partially off the bed. Like when my body is at a 45 degree angle, I will shake involuntarily.

Despite being in the hospital and monitored and having literally 12 ekgs in the last 2+ years and a stress test taken that appears normal, I have palpitations and a somewhat irregular heartbeat. The odd thing is that when I pass stool, I can feel the blood rush to my head.

I had my doctor check my blood sugar, and it can be borderline high or low depending on the day, but he doesn't think it is diabetes.

I don't know what to do. I'm 30 years old.
