Just to confirm what you're saying - you ejaculated outside of her body? You then put a condom on and had sex again? If this is the case, as long as no semen entered her body then you should be OK. It is alwas safer to use a condom as even pre-cum can have a small amount of sperm in it, and so even withdrawing prior to cumming can be dodgy.
From what you described you could have gotten your girlfriend pregnant. If there was precum there could have been sperm going inside of her (even though you didn't cum inside of her)... As for a spermicide condom, I believe the spermicides are only on the outside of the condom... and if there was sperm inside of her already from the precum it would be long gone by now and trying to kill it wouldn't work.
