You also may want to try different times of day. I find running in the evening (as long as it's not really hot) works better for me than early morning. Definately hydration and heat will have something to do with it too. Lastly, do you have something to motivate you, to work towards?

Dehydration was definetly an issue. I have been drinking more water and it has helped out a ton.
I never really thought about my goals for this season, so I decided to make some. I really want to sub 18 by the end of the year, maybe even break it. We have a race tomorrow, and my goal is 18:45. I'll let you know how it went.
