no period, spotting, and negative pregnancy tests

Hi, im confused and unsure how to use this. My period is 2 months late. i've been having regular cramping.In the first month around the time my period was suppose to come on i spotted once or twice a day and that was it. after the spotting ive been having consistent abdominal and back pain. im nausated regular but it happens mostly at night. i have taken 4 hpt's and they've all come out negative. my bf is saying i need to go have a blood test done. ive been to the er and they've done a urine test but still negative. idk what to do im being very cautious because i dnt want to harm the baby (if i am). any suggestions

Hey :) well I'm a proud mother of a beautiful healthy baby girl, ever since I had her I've been having regular periods , every month that Is, but since August this year (2013) I missed my period then,. My husband and I dnt use protection nor am I on pills and other contraception.. Btw its November NW, and the past 4 days I have been having some type of spotting , I'm kinda nervous n scared,cos what if I'm pregnant but the tests are just saying I'm not, I dnt have any pregnancy symptoms but I'll try n,get a scan aproval frm my Dr and I'll post back my results :) soo it'll be more helpful Fr other ppl that has the same problem,as,me :) I'll keep you posted :)

Ok here it goes I've never written on here before im 26 and I had a really messed up period it was spotting and some times just extremely light like a watery pink. I took three pregnany test and their all negative. But I've been very quesie and now im getting physically sick 5 days later. I was on the pach so I dont think I am pregnant but I dont have cysts and I've always had a normal 28 day cycle so what could be wrong with me. Ps I've been pregnant before she's almost 5 now

I haven't gotten a period since last November into December. Now we are 3 weeks into Jauary and no period. At times during this past week I started spotting a light brown color when I would use the bRoom This usually happens continuously before I get my period for about 2 to 3 days, no period though... I'm so confused and worried. I noticed 2 weeks ago that for what ever reason looking at certain food made me want to vomit.. I had random sudden headaches, can't sit still.. Also randomly I got sick, my body feels like I'm burning up... Just don't know WHAT to do.

My periods are usually 28 days. Very normal. My husband and I have been trying to have a baby. I took a pregnancy test it was negiative but now I'm spotting a week and a half before the start of my next cycle. So I took another and again negative. But I've also had pregnancy symptoms.

hello my last period was june 1 normally dont get them until the 11-13 well july 1-2 came and i had pressure and spotted a bright red been having symptoms backache,headache,been craving doritos n sour cream and ice cream, when i dont eat in morning feel like i am gunna get sick today is july 18 no period and took 3 teasts all negative i really want to have another child can anyone help please

My last period was 6/7/14 tested with 4 hpt and all positive. At that time i was 5 wks. From wks 6-9 i had some light spotting and then it became heavier. Now at 10 wks i had my first appt with Dr. We didnt hear a heartbeat but he reassured me its common within the first 12 wks not to hear anything. Hes sending me for an ultrasound this week. When i got home for peace of mind i took a hpt which was negative. Can anyone relate or give me advice?

march month Laproscopy report two utres but men utres cavity is small and falleopain tube are blocked and one falleopain tube not seen d last period April month but may and June small spot & July , August not time period and pregnancy test negative so please tell me what reason i am confuse please advise me
