Im 13 and idt ive hit puberty i have little bit of ball hair but small and over my penis but its not very visible and im scared i havent hit puberty. Have i hit it im so scared? And does anyone know a good way to masturbate?

Since you have a bit of pubic hair that is a definite indication you are just starting puberty.
Being 13 and just starting puberty is perfectly normal and there is nothing to be concerned about.
As you continue to grow and develop you will be going through all the changes associated with puberty.
There is no need to worry sounds like you are developing just the way you should be.
