Yes I think this is a hygiene issue, because I didn't shower in a week, my nose started to get droopy, then I showered, but not properly; I didn't use soap and I continued this for like a month, because I thought I was immortal and hygiene doesn't matter when you're immortal and now one of my nostrils looks like the walls are closing, but the other nostril is totally fine. I feel like I totally deformed my nose by doing this to myself. Hopefully properly cleansing and moisturizing my face will solve this? I don't know, here's hoping. It looks and feels like something that can't be undone by simple product, because it's solid cartilage, but if it does work, I'll let you guys know! I've also been looking on Google and this might be "nasal polyps." I feel like a crack baby :(

I went to a dermatologist over a similar problem. She said that I had an overgrowth of cartilage on the inside nasal wall producing a hard bump and resulting in a deviated septum. She said that, if I could live with it, I should. Nasal surgery to remove the cartilage can have complications that are worse. She said that this condition is common.

I have had a lump on the outside of my left nostril for over 10 years the doctors and dermatologist couldn't figure out what it was I recently discovered it hard cartilage I poked it with a needle and clear liquid but white pus came out after doing this for two days it is finally clear and is going away if I knew it was that easy I would've done it 10 years ago

The sinus pathway is blocked. It's basically a mucus pimple that is stuck in the sinus. Massage around the inflamed area. Mucus, and some blood will drain from the nostril. Repeat as often as you can until effected area tissue is soft, and healthy again.

I am experiencing swelling in my nose. Recently the left opening is a swollen bump and has small fine bumps. I blow my nose a lot, it is often congested. I do not have allergies. So, what may be the cause of this?
