Hello. Im a virgin myself. Her hymen might be further up or she already broke it. Im a competitive swimmer so i have to use tampons. If she used a tampon at someone point she may have also broke it. It doesn't always hurt. My mom told me that it might feel like a little pop that isn't that noticeable. Ask her if shes ever used a tampon. That is also a possibility of why you think you didn't break her hymen. I hope this helps
