You know what ive noticed?? that my feet get soooooooo cold that in a second they feel numb and then they instantly change temp.
Definitely! Your body is saying it is out of whack! That's why I think it's HYPO instead of HYPER!
So where do you think that intolerance to heat and the being breathless, heart racing thing come from?
Same thing - when your body is on high alert all the time, it can transfer into ANYTHING that makes it feel even more overloaded! Such as heat, sounds, lack of sleep, anxiety etc. And thyroid disease ALSO has these as symptoms! Remember you don't need ALL of them or those specifically to have a thyroid imbalance! Thus them needing to do the FULL gammit of blood tests!
