No, it's not normal after puberty - but there are some medications that can cause this.
Do you take ANYTHING?
Do you have signs of puberty? How long have you had them?
I think i'm just a late bloomer, there are signs of puberty but not much, No voice change and no red spots on my face, a small amount of hair growing on my testicles but yeah that's it
