I'm 14 yr old female 199 lbs. 5'4. Nothing seems to work in my weight loss I am a Pescetarian, I love shimp, crab, lobster, salmon, and swai. I eat 2 times a day sometimes breakfast but not all the time, because I am home-schooled and I wake up 5 minutes before classes so I don't have enough time to cook so I usually eat lunch and dinner. I walk a lot because I go out when I have time.

I think the reason to why you are not losing weight is because you eat only two times a day. By doing so you've probably slowed down you metabolism so anything you eat is stored as fat. This is our basic survival method. When you don't eat as often as you should your body goes into "survival mode". It thinks that you are starving and have no food. So anything you eat your body says "ok, here comes food, better store it as fat so it can be reused later when i run out of food". That's what i think its happening.
You need eat more often. You can't skip breakfast, it's the most important meal of the day. So , wake up earlier and eat. Also, make sure you eat at least 3 times a day with a 5 hour span in between. If you regulate your nutrition and exercise you should lose weight pretty quickly.
