Has anyone ever had the doctor find nothing in her uterus at 4.5 weeks? I went and she did an internal and didnt see anything...after two positive home tests. Might be ectopic but I hope maybe it was just too small to see yet. I was spotting for a few days but not anymore. I know I might be miscarrying or ectopic, but can anyone tell me if this happened to them and what the outcome was PLEASE. Xxx thanks
