I feel like this is super unnatural but I don't know what to do I tell my parents I'm in pain they just say heat pack or deal with it or something I want to see a doctor but I'm worried to ask and it probably won't happen

My periods are unbearable the first day. It feels like a out of body experience fueled by pain. My mind is clear, I can think, I just can't get my body to move the way I want it to move. Often making me look like I'm on drugs or drunk or possessed by a demon (all statements I've been told by the people around me).
At my best it's an inconvenience, at my wrost it's debilitating
Sometimes the cramps get so intense it starts to spread to other parts of your body.
For me there's constant back pain and numbness and pain in my legs. Whenever this happens I get an unstoppable urge to move around even if I know moving around will eventually cause me to throw up.
For now I figure I just have to live with it.

Any doctor who says what your doctor said should be struck off. Endometriosis is also hereditary so your children, male or female, could end up with it; which makes his "advice" even more ludicrous. If I were you I'd change doctors and report him.
