I can relate to what you have posted guys. for about 4 weeks now I have been experiencing lightheadedness, I thought it has something to do with my hemoglobin level. Went to several doctors and had several tests done but everything was normal. 
I have TMJ problem but never visited any TMJ specialist though I was advised to. I'm also experiencing crepitation of my joints in upper and lower extremities associated by headache/ nape pain and numbness of extremities . I thought the headache/ nape pain and numbness are some what related to hypertension but my blood pressure is consistently within normal level. 
I do not know if what I'm going through is related to stress. I am getting paranoid. The doctors could not figure out what's going on.

Hi Everyone,

Here's something to ponder: 

Everything wrong with you starts with what you put in your mouth, on your body, and breathe in.

Every cancer, disease, and syndrome starts that way.  Believe it.  IT doesn’t just “happen” due to age (unless you are 95 and your heart finally fails) or genetics.  A healthy body can get past all that. 

Completely change your diet to organic, stop eating any kind of sugar, artificial sweetner, vegetable oils (only virgin olive and virgin coconut), stay away from caffiene, nicotine, meat that isn't free range and steroid free, keep away from all processed foods, refined carbs,e tc.  Keep to a "caveman" diet - mostly meat (free range & organic), fruit, veggies (organic), and almonds. If you need grains, stick to non-soy, gluten and sugar free. (not sugar substitute).  Stay away from all dairy except for organic, raw butter (unsalted), raw milk, almond milk, or plain, organic yogurt. Milk is actually very upsetting to our system (as is grain) and we actually don't need it after mother's milk at birth.

What you put into your mouth and on your body - (switch to organic detergent, lotions, etc. and stay away from Botox - it is pure poison and absolutely travels to other areas of your body including your brain) AFFECTS EVERYTHING.
I believe many of you are suffering from years of toxic overload.  This is not a "diet" to go on for a little while - it is a lifestyle change.  Why do you think people are cured of cancer or go into "remission" with MS when they completely change their diet to the above food choices?  Why do you think children with ADD or Autism are "cured" or incredibly improved when their parents change their diets?  

It will take time - anywhere from weeks to months - for your body to detox.  
Google: "die off symptoms".  Google everything I've said above.  Google "Candida", "leaky Gut".
Make sure you don't just go on sites like the Mayo Clinic, but also forums, message boards - that is where you will get real information from real people going through what you, are, giving support and offering real solutions, not ones done in a test lab on animals.

Google about this kind of "diet" (really lifestyle change) (Candida Diet, IBS Diet, Makers Diet, Caveman Diet") and you will be shocked.
Google Aspartame poison., Botox negative side effects, Botox horror stories, etc.  
Get a really good nutritionist/homeopath.  Add fresh, organic ginger and garlic to one meal a day.  
You will have to experiment and you will not see results in a day or week, but you WILL see them as your body detoxes.
Don't do too much or cut out too much at once - you don't want to overload your body with cutting everything out at once and adding natural anti-toxins (like garlic, ginger, wild oil of oregano, etc.).
DO YOUR RESEARCH.
And then share it on the web, share it like I'm doing right now.

Stay away from steroids of any kind, of any kind of sugar/fructose/aspertame.
And don't forget to ask God for help when starting this, and all throughout, thanking Him for His grace in giving you this life-saving information.

Keep healthy. Eat organic. I am not a "granola" - I work at a .com, was injected with an overdose of cortisone, my candida went crazy, my health deteriorated, and I had many symptoms you all did for years before.  This diet is helping to clear all that out.  I will be on it for life.  Will I be able to have an alcoholic cider or organic frozen yogurt or little treats now and then?  Of course!  but get healthy first.  Many of you probably also have "leaky gut".  You have to heal it (can be done with this diet) before you start adding things because everything you put in or on your mouth (including lipstick), is going right through your intestines into your blood streams and causing your body to react to it.  That is what causes "allergies" to food, btw.  The food particles are actually going into your bloodstream and your body is rightfully attacking them. 

All can be healed with time and patience.  A lot of patience and endurance :-)  (that is where God comes in :-))

I have had alot of these systems for the past five years. also , I have went to many different doctors no one can help have tried diets, medicines .and i am so tired of trying . I first just was lightheaded , Hard to go into stores , Just really go anywhere. i have had numbness in my face also , But just in the past year i had the numbness in my feet .I also have pain in my chest and back but i think this is just stress from trying to keep my balance all day . I am fine when i am sitting , I am desperate for answers.

I believe you probably have a toxic body from years of eating the SAD (Standard American Diet). Please see my previous post. Please google everything I have said - you will find it all validated. Stop eating/drinking anything with aspertame, processed foods, refined foods and sugars to start off with. I have had many of your sytmpoms and at one point they even thought I had MS. I also have Candida toxicity - Candida is a bacteria that exists naturally in our gut. When we keep putting toxins in our system via the SAD, antibiotics and stress it turns into a fungus which then attacks the walls of the intestine, producing a Leaky Gut (google it - it can be cured with diet). Via Leaky Gut, Candida, parasites, other toxins and bacteria can now roam freely in your body, getting into your muscles, tissues, organs, and brain, producing many of the symptoms you are describing. Toxins in the body are what causes Cancer, MS, Autism, (mother can pass toxins in her body on to the child in the womb or at birth), etc. , and this is why after months on the diet people can be cured. Google "candida diet", "Caveman diet", and the like. DO YOUR RESEARCH. I'm not saying you now do not have TMJ, but if you start with changing what you put into your mouth, adjust your exercise, go to physical therapy and/or acupuncture and/or massagefor your TMJ to help get the toxins out (along with saunas, dry skin brushing, etc.), you have a fighting chance to become healthy again and be healthy for life. When this works for you please spread the word. What you put in your mouth (and inhale and put on your skin) affects everything. And remember when you change your diet, it has to be organic, and meats have to be organic or free range or you are still putting toxins, stressed out animals pumped full of steroids, and pesticides back in your body.

i am 16 and just started having scarely similair symptoms as u are having. i get terrible headches and tylenol meds dont do anything, and about a week ago i was sitting in class and my arm/ hand went numb and just hit the desk, and it felt detached like u were saying and felt seperated from my body. i also got really lightheaded at work one day and felt my head get really hot and i felt like na pressure on the back of it. i havnt gone to my doctor yet b/c he usually just shruggs things off and says im fine or im exagerrating so idk what to do....i'm glad im not the only one experiencing this tho. sorrry i wasnt help tho

I had similar problems and definately was related to not eating enough, sleeping too little and also a big one not drinking enough fluids ( and I mean water not sugary drinks - I was drinking too much sugary caffeine drinks and definately made me worse!!) Especally being low on B vits. Iron, folic acid and calcium made me really poorly but find that lack of sleep and too little water realyl brings on symptoms.. tinglign especially in writst, numbness of hands feet, face tingling, around lips and all that... also was very anxious..... got myself really easily worked up ... massive palpitations when I got angry or upset over anyhting to the degree that my heart beating so much ... tingling sets on... started to feel weak and twitchy in my muscles and sick and faint.. A few months of sleeping properly, relaxing a bit, eating  lot better - wholemeal bread  - good greens (whether organic or not) seeds and nuts and all that and also for the start supplementing a bit to get my body going again... feel a lot better now but t took a bit of time - doubt that everyones symptoms will have the same underlying cause on here even if similar so do go to doctor for a proper check up but just try to eat a healthy balanced diet - drink lots of water ( don't go overboard etither 2-3 liters spread out nicely during the day ) don't overdo anything either just normal - I started eating massive amounts of bananas just ecause I was craving them and ended up making me worse because such potassium overload I suppose... also drank lots of milk which seemed to work better think must have been lacking calcium as well! What's soothed me too is a little bit of dark chocolate every night with high cocoa low sugar :) just because it's yum but supposedly does actualy relax yo and lower blood pressure .... but best thing to do is cut down salt, eat better, drink more, less caffeine, less sugar, less alcohol  - no smoking!! That's at least what's helped me feel o.k. again :) good luck to you all I know it acan be disconcerting but getting yourself too worked up over it actualyl may be making ti worse too ...

this all started with me about six weeks ago after having a neck adjustment from a chiro, it seems no one will let me have my neck checked though. They all keep saying i have anxiety, what should i do?

Peri menopause causes these symtoms. See if you can find a good natural estrogen replacement and use progesterone cream. Talking to some of my friends today about my symptoms and three of them said they had the same experiences and went to the ER and had stress tests, etc.. It was all hormone related! Remember you need to supplement both hormones, not just estrogen!

yo that happens to me to  like half my face feel numb like it tightens up then it kinda goes to my hand and i get this awful headaches its annoying...i also have lots of stress and after reading a few of them looks like stress is present in all of them so maybe we just need to chill out a bit :D

I've been having these symptoms as well. 

Currently, I am unable to sleep. I'm afraid to this evening because I feel like it's going to give out on me. 

I've had fairly intense anxiety on and off for about 8 months now and have just been dealing with it on my own. But for the better part of 4 days now I've been dealing with lightheadedness (feeling really spacey/hard to focus), gentle numbness and cold feeling in my hands, and insomnia.   

I'm going to see a doctor in about 6 hours and i'm hoping desperately for some sort of help. 

Has anxiety medication helped for any of you?

if you don't have fibro than yuh wont understand. I have fibro, myasthenia Gravis, lupus, sleep apnea,insomnia, and asthma.  Nothing helps the symptoms.  I exercise, take supplements, eat a healthy gluten free diet.  I still hurt, I'm still dizzy and I feel like I'm sufficating.
