I have only one swollen tonsil. Should I go to the doctor?
My ENT doctor is recommending that I have my tonsils removed because one is larger than the other. Is there another procedure to test the tonsils for cancer without having to have a tonsillectomy?
My granddaughter looks like she has an ulcerated sore on her tonsils. Can you tell me what it is? She isn't sick and has no fever. She says it feels funny when she swallows. She will be 6 years old in three months.
I have just recently started feeling sensitivity and soreness on my left tonsil. It's swollen but not extreme. The pain is bearable, not too bad. Any ideas what it might be?
