As well as the occassional upper back/neck ache/stiffness, recently have begun getting heavy eyes, sensative feeling in adomen region, alittle brown discharge, though I am not due on.
Have stopped taking Prozac, which I wasn't on for very long, couple of months, then came off of it correctly by taking a lesser dose, so small that it had to be taken in syrup form, could the omission of this dose be causing the slight headaches/heavy eyes? though also the lack of 'early' rest, spending too long up, could be causing the heavy eyes. I have a heavy caffiene intake! (quite alot per day) and find it difficult to wind down in the evening, especially lately. I almost need a firm hand in telling me to go to bed, as even if I'm tired I often don't.
What could I do about this, I have tiring enough days, do alot and my work is very physical?
I do think this is a phase though, and it'll work out soon enough. Any suggestions, in restfulness. I could tell myself how to relax, but I probably wouldn't heed my own advice, since my brain is telling me it doesn't want to stop yet!
(easier in the evening when I have work the next day) I don't want to take too many forms of tablets and would much prefer to be able to self regulate, however, do you think being on sleeping tablets for a short while might help? Though if the side effects are NOT waking up on time in the morning then I would be stuffed and probably lose my job!
Thank you for your help in advance :-) Happiness!

On the plus side! I am now fit and well! :-) Spent a little less time online lately, got involved in a new course and have more to keep occupied with! ...which means that there could be a stronger differenciation between keeping busy and resting! hence, times to 'be' busy, times to 'chill out'
