Hello Im 20 years old and recently went to the doctor after having severe abdominal pain after sex for a couple of years now, I have it most of the time and sometimes can't walk after as I feel sick and dizzy. My periods are heavy and painful also, I went for an ultrasound scan last week and the doctor told me today I have a cyst on my left ovary which is 7cm and it could have a blood clot inside it, I'm going for a blood test next week and waiting for an appointment in gynecology. I'm a little worried so wondering if anyone else has had the same issue or if anyone knows if I should be concerned?
It maybe nothing! Hopefully PCOS :)
