I am only 13 yr. old and i have a big problem with eating way to much. I know i shouldnt be eating all the stuff i do but its like i cant help it. My biggest problem would be that i dont like fruits at all. I really dont eat many sugary things but i love carbs. What can i do to get back on a healthy track????
