Hey, is there any cure to premature ejaculation besides herbal supplements/pills? The problem is ejaculating extremely fast from first arousal until release, and sometimes its not even fully erect.. it seems like no matter how i do it its fast no matter what.

I've recently started researching because i have a GF now, and we have''t had sex because i know i wont last at all. I never cared before cause i could it done fast and go on with my day, now its my biggest problem and pisses me off everyday lol, ironic eh.

any tips/help?
