I am having so much pain under my right breast and in my back. I went back to work a week after surgery because i was told the more active i am the sooner it will mend, but thats not helping me any. Help i dont know what to do. I went back to my doctor he said they may have to go back in and remove a stitch. It does not make any sense to me. Please help. Its been 3 weeks sense surgery.
I am not sure about the pain under your breast - I had my gall bladder removed in 2006, and did not return to work until after the staples were removed - which was about 5-6 weeks after the surgery. My case was very elevated though- My surgeon told me walking a BIT was reccomended (i was in the hospital 2 weeks because they wouldn't let me leave until I was up walking around , and the first week I couldn't walk), but I was told to rest alot and eat yogurt (because I couldn't eat much) . I had a job that required me on my feet at least 8 hours, so he did not release me for work until the staples were removed . I now have some "fake" pains , where my gall bladder was, that radiate to my back (sharp, quick pains) Those are few and further between now
