last night i felt like i was getting a bruise on my upper left arm(not my dominant arm if it matters), it just hurt to touch, and i didn't think anything of it. then today all of a sudden there's a wide spread rash (more like just red skin) and it's hot when i touch it, my hand also feels tingly. does anyone know what this could be? i'm 18. thank you!
hey a couple things first off did you cut or injur it i n anyway? are you sick at all or have a fever and can you get a picture of the rash..
you can try taking diphenhydramine (bennadryl) and see if it helps.

no, i didn't cut it or hurt it in anyway.. the rash is just a light red.
has it spread or gotten worse and have you taken any medication for it?
