Hi, I am a 24 year old male and have been having short jolts of pain in my chest, neck, and sometimes upperback/shoulders when i take in breathes. It will hit me all of a sudden for no real apparent reason. It will last about 30 seconds to a minute, and then I will be fine. Sometimes I go weeks without having this problem, other times, it will happen 2 or on rare occasions 3 times a week. The last time it happened was when I was laying down on the couch, I do not recall it happening when standing or moving around, but I am not going to go as far to say that it only happens when laying down. Any tips or advice would be appreciated. I have not seen my doctor yet, and I know I really should, and I am 100% going to see him, but just wanted to get an idea of what i might be expecting. I
