Hello, I've been having this problem for a long time and I neglect to see a doctor about it.
During masturbation at the point of ejaculation the bottom middle part of my left and right foot start becoming extremely painful. Even when I attempted to massage it, as I pressed on it, it hurt even more. Then a few seconds after the pain just stops. Can anyone tell my why this happens and how I can fix this?
