I have been spotting the last two times before my period and this time I have had bad cramps and sharp pain on my left side I normally have no symptoms i just start then finish no pain nothing.. My husband aand i don't us any protection so could i be pregnant...I call obgyn they said take a test i did it came back neg still cramping the spotting has stopped the pains wake me up at night it is just like a sharp cramp that wont stop ...All started AFTER WE HAD SEX THE WEEK BEFORE I WAS GOING TO START SPOTTING GOT HEAVIER BUT NOT LIKE MY NORMAL CYCLE ...ANY ONE PLEASE HELP WITH WHAT YOU THINK .....GINA
