I am experiencing pain in my hips and neck and upper back areas, now I have what looks like pockets of fluid or something under my skin on my face and the base of my neck, its freaking me out I also have a strange growth on the tip of my nose

Your description sounds unusual. Have you seen a doc about looking at your neck, especially the blood and lymph circulation? Does the growth on the tip of your nose bleed, have an irregular shape or color?
