I had a shoulder injury where I landed on it after a fall during sport, the X-ray showed a mild AC separation and I was told it would recover itself. 7 months later and I feel pain in my shoulder mainly but it also hurts my chest, upper left back, my neck and sometimes in my rib when I take a deep breath, it forces me to take small breaths. It hurts more when I am lying down. I am wondering if the injury and breathing pain are connected, sometimes it's ok but sometimes it gets unbearable.
