pain in testicle

i recently hurt my back in a fight. It is just below my kidneys were i feel the pain. However when i put my weight on my left leg it causes a sharp pain in that area on my back but also my left testicle. When i feel my left testicle there is no pain whatsoever but a sharp pain when i put weight on my left leg

Any suggestions as to what the problem may be
