I went to the fitness center today and was doing fine until I started an exercise where I was pulling down 115#s of weight. I have done this exercise before but today, I added five pounds. I usually do a set of 20 reps. Today, when I got to 15, I had a pain in my right testicle. I was able to finish out my set but only with pain. After that, I quit for the day. I have had no pain since I stopped that exercise. Could this just be a temporary strain?
I had a hernia surgery in the right groin in 1980 and have had no problem with it since.
I do have a chronic prostate infection that used to flare up on me from time to time. It caused me pain on occasion but it wasn't cased by strain.
