Hello, I have had the same problem. My left side is very tender and painful. It does seam to go away after ejaculation, my
problem is that I can`t get myself off. I have had the doctor tell me that nothing is wrong. I have wondered if a prostate
massage would help ? Have you tried this ? I am thinking about that. I hope you have some answers.

oh cool i can post without making an account , that makes things more convenient....

ok so im down to forum surfing for finding a solution to my problem , the run down goes like this....

4 months ago my cat sat on my lap in a way that was uncomfortable for my groin , not so much that i pushed him off though so i let him sit on me for several minutes before it became painful enough to push him offhowever afterwards the sensation didn't go away in my left testicle , i found that i could no longer sleep on my front as it created a mounting discomfort , so i put up with it for a month before i realized this wasn't going to fix itself....

so informing my doc her initial diagnosis was epiditimitis http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Epididymitis

however a lot of the information on that doesn't coincide with my case , everything with my groin is visibly normal , i probed the flesh as best i could and everything seemed semetrical and accurate , im not getting any sharp pains.....

but so she had me take anti-biotic which didn't help at all , taking pro biotic isn't helping , had a urine sample come back negative as well as an ultrasound , yet i still have this constant discomfort only on the left testicle and behind it a bit in the groin area , right now im waiting for an appointment with a mens specialist doctor to be made to try and figure out what's going on and how to fix it.....

in the mean time recently it's gotten worse and now it bothers me in all positions of sleep leaving me heavily sleep deprived , although i've been able to get some sleep once i started taking hemp oil to help with sleeping , but still hasn't fixed the problem....

i did recently noticed some odd characteristics in my groin though , the ball sack doesn't seem to retract nearly as much as it used to , and normally the crotch is supposed to be the hottest area of your body but i continually find that my testicles , especially the left one , are very cold compared to the rest of my body , which when i am able to warm up relieves the irritated feeling leaving me to believe that the difference in temperature is partly the cause of the uncomfortable feeling....

however warming it up isn't straight forward since holding the testicle putting pressure on it or otherwise having it lay in odd positions also perpetuates the irritation which recently like i said has gotten worse nearly to the point where it's a constant burning sensation....

and finally to end off with i believe the reason for this problem to have gone on as long and as bad as it has is due to the insane amount of microwave frequency radiation i've been living in thanks to a bunch of nearby smart meters which i have tried to cover up as best i can but others are on other people's living areas and i don't have a meter of any kind to actually measure what my levels of exposure are.....

at the very least they've been destroying my ability to rem sleep (i've had maybe 3 good night's sleep in the 6 months i've been here) and at the current worse they're the actually source cause of the problem and if i could just get away from the mfr for a bit my body would be aloud to just fix this problem finally.....

that's what i have to share for now , has anyone else found any solutions to theirs yet or what the possible cause of these problems could be?.......

oh right i also forgot to add the personal info stuff , age is 22 , no other existing conditions , std's aren't an issue , i still masturbate and orgasm regularly with little hindrance , if im doing something the sensation of the other action usually drowns out the uncomfortable feeling , which is why it's been so detrimental to my sleep cause the only sensation there is when laying in bed is the slight burning feeling of the groin.......

hang on , this box says quote this post in the reply , i hope that doesn't mean it's going to copy/paste all the text from my previous post again......

ok so i've since been informed of ways to help treat this alment which is https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Varicocele

things that help treat this include DMSO

eating raw beats is also very good for the health....

esential fatty acid EFA

vitamin e

brewer's yeast

vimatin a

vitamin b complex + etra vitamin b12

vitamin d

eat a diet low in fat and fish fresh fuits , avoid animal protine and salt

change daily rutine for exersice

avoid long periods of sitting and stnading

elevate problem are above heart level , this one is not very practical for us since our problem area is in our torso , this should especially be done during sleep , but i tried that and it doesn't make for very good sleeping conditions -.-".....

avoid scratching problem area

yarrow foul and leafs , rassberry

1 cup yarrow flour and leaf , half a cup rassberry leafteas , spone cyan flakes , put in a jar unpasturized apple cider viniger cover 2 inchens , sit in warm area for 3 weeks , making a topical rubing solution

apply with a wet cloth with gentle strokes from the base of the problem area to the dirrection of the heart , apparently strocking only towards the heart is very importaint.....

and if the area is long you can just apply a cloth over whole area and compress

i did this with wich hazel which is another healing solution that can be made which helps with a lot of things , just mix some with water and apply....

and the other thing that i've been able to use as of now is vitamin c , i got a perfect mix which has 1g vitamin c , 100g bioflavanoids , and 25mg rutin , since the recomended dossage for treating this is 3-6k VC a day and 50mg rutin x3 daily

and i can also vouch for it's effects which were imediet in that the annoying feeling which bothers our sleeping was mitigated that night which made for a better time falling asleep for me , can't wait for this sh*t to get fully healed so i can stop looking like im not getting any sleep at night which im still kinda not -.-"......

I have been having pain in the left testicle and its off and on but when i touch the penis or even slightly move the skin I feel the pain it's around a 4 but it's been lasting almost a week. I'm 19 years old and ive been having sex a lot if that makes a difference I don't know if it does. But it's concerning me because it's been doing this for awhile now. I would appreciate any help.

Hi..just read your story, and the symptoms you have had are an exact match to what am currently going through i.e.

1. Sinus infection that results in a bacterial infection after say every 3 months - I take antibiotics for that and it has been alright. My sinuses dates back to the year 2010

2. Lately, I have been having pain in my left testicle. The pain is worse when am seated and significantly reduces/ disappears when am standing or lying on my back. Also, my lower abdomen an upper part of my thigh are a little painful.

3. Whenever I take antibiotics, to cure the bacterial infection, coincidentally, the testicular pain disappears for a while.

4. I have consulted a Urologist, who thinks am suffering from varicocele, and has been quick to recommend surgery, which I am hesitant until it is confirmed beyond any reasonable doubt.

Any views and suggested solutions?

My little brother is having left testicle pains. I'm not really understanding why, but it's scaring him. Is it mainly due to him going through puberty?

When you said that you had a pain in your leg as well, that tipped me off that this may be a nerve pain that you are getting. Have you had any issues with your back or your sacroiliac joints? Are you in sports? Or have you been?
