Hi, I'm Nicole. I'm only 18 years old and I suffer from skeletal problems that hinder my ability to perform daily tasks. I had knee pain that was overlooked until I was 17 and finally diagnosed with arthritis in both my knees. Since I was little not only did I suffer from knee pain I was also suffering from back pain. The pain became increasingly worse because the arthritis made me limp before I had surgery last year. Even though my limp has decreased tremendously I still have back pain that keeps me bedridden for days. I've had an x ray done on my lower back and it didn't reveal anything. None of my doctors can find anything wrong with it when they feel along my spine, but recently a hump has appeared right below my neck. I've requested a full body MRI but my insurance won't pay for that. I honestly don't know what to do anymore.
Pain in the lower back, neck, and hip and after 8 years not one doctor can explain it.
