I had the pain for two days, it went away and now is back. I did not fall so it is not my tailbone?
I have the same exact thing, and after some research have seen that it's most likely a Pilonidal Cyst. Not a serious condition, but it can be very annoying and uncomfortable. The fluid will usually drain on it's own but there are procedures a doctor can do to manually drain it, along with more permanent fix surgeries. I suggest seeing your doctor as it seems to be recurring.
