Iam 30years,with a left blocked fallopian tube,am with no child.i suffer constant pain on my lower abdomen at the middle especially when my bladder is full and when i want to poop,i feel sharp stabbing pains in there.i get very sharp pains on my lower right abdomen,my back and in the middle of my right butt.sometimes i also get very sharp stabs below my diaghram on my right side.a scan showed nothing was wrong but when i lay straight on my back,i feel something roundish between my lower side of the ribs and my pelvis.sex is a nightmare as i am ever dry.currently am not on any medication.does anyone experience this pains?
It could be endometriosis, i was diagnosed with it a few years ago and suffer with similar pains. Only way it can be diagnosed is by a laparoscopy. Maybe get referred to gynaecology by your gp?
