I have fordyce spots, and a few days age, I noticed one of them seemed a lot larger than usual.

It was very swollen, and red.
Since then though, I have been able to squeeze a puslike substance out of it.

And sometimes just a watery substance.

I have absolutely no idea what it is, can anyone help me out here?


-I have also had a little swollen lump in my groin on one side too, I assume it is just a swelling of my inguinal lymph, but it could be relevant here, I guess.
