Hi, I noticed(rather painfully :-( ) that I did have something going on down there. I have never had sex, so I am confused and worried about why I have pimple looking things on my vaginal lips. I began getting even more worried when they turned black. Please help me before I get more worried and more in pain. Thank you!

from the limited information in your post im assuming its probably a sebaceous gland that has been blocked, the oily sebum darkens as it oxidizes.
