I am 14 and I got this weird white pimple looking thing on my vagina. Its been a few weeks and now it turned red and appears to be a bigger bump under the pimple. Its red and it really hurts now....please help.

It is normal to get pimples in and around the vaginal area. It is called a SEBACEOUS CYST. It follows the same cause as a facial pimple, tho it is possible to get them infected due to the abundance of bacteria in the area.
Use a hot moist compress on it, which will bring the pus to the surface and eventually it will drain on its own.
Once it has drained, use an anti biotic ointment on it like NEOSPORIN or POLYSPORIN.
Having pimles on your vagina is not a reason for concern. However if they are seriously painful or if you are worried, see you Health Care Provider. :-D
