Got an ugly painless pimple or cyst on my index finger. Red circle with white head. I work in healthcare not a musician. When I first saw it I thought splinter. This is second day, yesterday soaked in warm water & put Calendula ointment on with bandaid. Today the head is gone... this is basic first aid for something like this & add soak in Epson salt & warm water a couple times a day. If it doesn't go away I will have a few dr look & report back.

So, I had this as well. Over a couple of weeks it didn't get bigger, just more painful. So I pulled out a knife and cut the skin layers back. I managed to pop the little white bump that was filled with what I'm assuming was pus, but very white and thicker than I'd anticipated. The bleeding has made it hard to inspect as to whether there was any foreign object in it. But I'm hoping it just heals and goes away.

I am happy to report I just figured out for certain what mine was. I have had a small white-ish calloused bump on my middle finger lately. I cut the callous away once, but it grew back after a few weeks. Frustrated because it hurt when touched or messed with (and it's hard not to mess with) I found this forum and was encouraged by many others success to once again mess with it. I cut the callous off and poked into it and pushed around it. I saw something black inside it and while pushing it up I pulled out a tiny splinter with some good tweezers. The only time I can think I got this splinter was from chasing my dog back in November and it is February!!! For all the guitarists perhaps it is a small sliver from the string of the instrument? Hope you all get good results too!!

I had the same thing where i had also squeezed it loke a pimple a week ago and nothing came out. I ended up cutting the top layer of the skin off to reveal it more and I thought it had gone away. I cut the head off the top of the skin which made it bleed I then thought it was okay alpied Alevera on there. but it was not going away. about two days later every time I touch it it would it would give me a quick sharp pain so I thought I’d investigate a bit more and cut into it more and I end up see past all the blood a little Bolb thing which every time I touch that it would send a shop pain so I didn’t know I could dig it out but I ended up taking it out and it was like a small little white bulb and I felt another one in there so I dug that one out and as soon as I remove them there is no pain there is no nothing and the bleeding stopped I don’t know what they are I ended up cutting one in half and it dried up and went brittle a few minutes latter but the other one I put aside and took photos of

I'm a guitarist as well - left index finger, like a white dot UNDER the existing callous. Somewhat growing in painful pressure. Took a safety pin and dug it out. It was kind of hard but fell apart easily. I'm guessing it has something to do with playing guitar & some sort of lower-level callous anomaly. Feels great a couple of days later after digging it out.

This is from a vet...vets do not get pressured and threatened by big pharma as much so they can talk more about the true causes and solutions. Notice they say this issue can be due to vaccines. Even vaccines you got ten years ago can cause a new problem that usually involves the inflammatory response. With all the chem trail spraying, pesticides, toxins they purposefully add to our food, water, household products, carpets, mattresses etc, calcinosis is just one of the many disease processes our body is working so hard to fight off. Population control.
Calcinosis cutis lesions are typically white to pink in color and the skin around them is red and swollen. The lesions can be extremely painful for some pets, and usually develop on the back of the neck first and then spread.
An initial diagnosis of calcinosis cutis can be made with x-rays, but a definitive diagnosis requires biopsy samples. The standard treatment for the disorder is to stop corticosteroids, and resolve secondary infections and systemic disease as appropriate.
Calcium deposits in the skin usually dissolve two to 12 months after steroids are discontinued or Cushing’s disease is successfully managed. Pets who have been diagnosed with calcinosis cutis should never receive steroid therapy or vaccines again.
Although conventional vets don't have much to offer dogs with this condition, integrative veterinarians have found several homeopathic remedies can be very valuable in helping to dissolve the deposits, along with supplements that help naturally decrease cortisol and nourish the adrenal glands.
There are several adaptogenic herbs such as rhodiola, ashwagandha and holy basil that can naturally lower cortisol levels, in addition to reishi and cordyceps medicinal mushrooms.
There are also substances that can be very beneficial at supporting healthy skin rejuvenation such as collagen, vitamins C and E and astaxanthin.

Try putting a piece of duct tape over it and wear it overnight. It sounds like a wart, and mine went away after this. i know it sounds nuts, but it worked!
