I guess i'm one of the few people who are unlucky enough to have more than one set of wisdom teeth. I get this from my father. I've had my 1st set extracted and 3 of my second set. I've had them extracted as i realized they where there. I only have one left and It's fully grown out and has been for years. Up to now i haven't had a problem with it. I've always made it a point to brush it well and floss to avoid a cavity from the proximity of it to my other molars. I am now pregnant with my 3rd child and it seems to be acting up. The only pain i'm having is at my gum line and when i chew on the affected side. Is my pregnancy causing the problem? Should i get it extracted if it's been out for years and never bothered me before? Should i just wait till after the baby is born and see if it still bothering me? Any info would be greatly appreciated!! Thanx in advance!!!

All that I can say about this is that you are not the only one...I had wisdom tooth pain days and days, nights and nights after surgery.  I don't know why this happens, I also have a feeling that I was taking the medications uncontrollably because I believed that this will go away, but nothing. Actually, I remember that I had pain in my lower left jaw and I was not able to figure out what was causing the pain until I asked my friend and he told me that wisdom tooth could cause it. I could not sleep because of it and I had a feeling that this was impacting my health as well. I mean, I know that it did. What did you do about this? I still have some "pressure" inside...
