Paranoid 40 year old dad of 4 kids needs relief from fear

I am trying with all my might short of vasectomy to keep it to 4 kids with my wife of 17 years.

Yesterday I masterbated 4 times. 3 times shortly before I made love to my wife. (probable sex addiction)

I had her insert conceptrol spermicide before intercourse and I wore a latex condom.

I am so afraid of a 5th child that I am worried today. I am usually on top of things and I always make sure to cleanse my genitals and pee after masterbation to get rid of the sperm. This time I did not bathe or pee. I showered in the morning of course.

I wonder how many sperm would survive an hour on my genitals. I am assuming not many since I was naked and the semen was allowed to air dry.

The reason for my worry is that I checked her ovulation calendar and she is expected to ovulate any day now. I usually avoid her like the plague for 6 days around ovulation.

I am just wondering about any sperm left over on my body.

Am I paranoid or what?
