I have parotid gland swelling three weeks after procedure. Is that normal? No fever some discomfort.
No, this is not normal.
I believe you should visit your family doctor as soon as possible and especially if you have done your lifting somewhere over the border.
Swelling of this gland is usually caused by the blockage of saliva (after all this is the biggest gland in our organism and it is responsible for producing saliva which is essential to make foods moist and this helps us to chew it and swallow it). When saliva is blocked it can go back and cause some infections which need to be treated usually with antibiotics and sometimes even a procedure is necessary.
So consult your doctor to find out what is in question and follow the treatment options. Good luck and I hope this is not serious.
