well i have an odd lump that has a white head type deal at top too but my lump is very firm and is about the size of a marble. will it go away?
yes, i have these zit like things on my scrotum also, they vary in size, some very small, one or two that are about bb sized, scattered amongst my scrotum. Ive had them for years and theyve never gone away or spread. After some research, it seems that you cannot get rid of them, is this true? I dont want to seem like a weirdo once I have an affair with someone...
i also have cyst down there but i tryed to squeeze one and it felt like it popped inside now it feels like it might have clogged a vein is that possible
Hey, I'm 20, I have had these cysts for around 5 years, the largest being around pea sized - I have around 15 or so smaller ones all on my scrotum.
Doesn't seen to bother women if they even notice, but I want to remove them.
It's reassuring to hear that it's fairly common and hopefully harmless, Still I should like remove them for cosmetic reasons, and the stretching of skin causes itchiness. :/

This would e a great help for you guyz i think, i have got these lumps now for 5 years almost at an earlier stage tried to sqeeze one with a needle and ended up in whitish chalk kind paste now i would like to mention the lump was very hard to squeeze but then i managed but guyz if you are leave even a bit of that white substance in it it will stay there and may result in infection later on which may or may not be harfull where as in most cases it is frankly harmless not talking about living with them on ur scrotum if it dosent hurt then leave them as it is they will not gonna harm you ever a explained by my dermatologist and if you consult an urologist he would definately reccomend a surgery mentioning its a cyst you can squeeze it at home an pull out all its stuff with all hygeinic enviornment and tools sanetized but juss dot dig much as they will reduce in size but a % chance of infection may result havoec later on ao do it with calm and effective way or spend a lil buks and go for a surgery which i think is best nd if feeling shy then leave them as it is.
I am a survivor as u all are and believe me its not a life threatening thing you have got all possiblities such as consulting dermaeotologist or urologist and one more thing its not a cancer coz a cancer is basically not on scortum its inside it and with your testicles you could check it by moving your testicles both of them one by one and notice whether the lumps moves with them or not if they dosent then relax and read the post again for alternate ways and if they moves still you could directly consult with a urologist in this case and all treatments are available for cancer too

I'm 14 and I've just noticed the pea size ball / lump inside my scrotum (nutsack) and as you said “if its not moving with the testical don't worry I don't think its harmfull" I've. Just moved mine and its like stuck to my testical on the inside and like all the stringy stuff it attatching it to the testicle my dad I spoke to about this and I'm going the doctors tomorrow but Im thinking its cancer pls reply
I have them to.My doctor said they are just sabicous cuts.My spelling may be wrong. But my doctor said that it's nothing to worry about and if they get too big that he could lance it(them)
Your going to die!!!! lol no not really it's natural and probably will go away but ill suggests seeing a doc if you are still worried
