Sometimes I've found that masturbation short of ejaculation can be a great help in controlling the need to pee if I need to go and toilet use isn't immediately available. It has been known to buy me a small amount of time. If, however, I masturbate to ejaculation (as I normally do) I need to wee afterwards and I think that's perfectly natural - it's nature's way of saying the urethra needs fluhing out.

I also have this problem, it’s only when I go to my clit..I could stop going there but it feels good. I go pee before but I still go (only a little but still enough that I have a wet spot on the bed) it sucks. One time my boyfriend was fingering me and I had to stop him because I felt the urge. You will get use to it and not have to stop when it happens.
If you pee before you masturbate then you will know your not going to pee.
