It is one of 2 things, either an infection - vaginal or bladder! OR you are experiencing female ejaculation! When you pee do you actually pee, or do you think you are peeing? If it comes out of your vagina, you are experiencing female ejaculation. But it is rare that it would happen after urination. So I'm a bit on the fence here. Do you have any burning or itching or irritation? Or is there any smell with your urination!?
You should not be giving advice as you do not understand the womans body. The ejaculate in a woman comes out of the urethra (pee hole) not the vagina. This girl has an infection probably.
