almost 10 years ago my hands is start to peel,and i never mind this..later i'll go abroad then when i get my national ID in that country and they get my fingerprint and 1st requirement to be legal staying in that country..but supposed to be they never issued me a national because of my fingerprint..computer never read my fingerprint..the doctor said its already erase and i don't have fingerprint especially in my right hand..sometimes or almost my hand peeling and that it the reason why i don't have fingerprint now...what should i do to make it back in my normal hand? and bring back the fingerprint in my hand?please help me
