Tip: if you are really concerned about you being pregnant it is not too late to go the drugstore and get the Morning After pill that will/should bring on your period and thus your egg does not get impregnated. Not always a 100% effective but pretty damn close.
Advice: you have a pretty low chance of pregnancy actually occurring. Yes, precum does contain sperm but the majority of the sperm is in the ejaculation that you swallowed and swallowing sperm as you know will not get you pregnant, only through the vagina. So save your money or spend it on condoms and/or birth control to prevent these mishaps until you are ready for this to happen.

Remember you can always go to a Planned ParentHood Clinic near you (if you have one) and you don't need a parent with you, I believe. You can get condoms, pregnancy test and possible birth control(?) not sure, I'm from Canada and we don't have those Clinics here.
There is better than a low chance of pregnancy.
It wasn't just precum that you needed to worry about. Since he'd just recently ejaculated merely inserting his penis would squeeze any semen out and into your vagina. He can't clean out his urethra and the sperm in it would still be viable.
All it takes is one sperm.
His urethra, the tube that carries sperm and urine, is very long and his penis is also partly inside his body. He can't get it all out.
There's always a chance.
I do still think that you will be OK. For pregnancy to occur you need the right atmosphere in your cervix for it to happen, some people try for years and it never happens - if every time precum got a female pregnant there would be an awful lot more population out there don't you think? There ALWAYS is a chance that pregnancy occurs ANYTIME you have sex but for as many times I had unprotected sex in my 20's I should have a dozen or more kids by now, so I am living proof that you don't always get pregnant even with full-on unprotected sex. So just relax OK?
I agree that you are not likely to get pregnant. When everything is "perfect" the odds of pregnancy are only about 1 in 5. But there is a chance.
We're not talking precum here. It is SEMEN that remains in the urethra after he ejaculated. It DOES contain sperm and would remain viable in his body.
