Hi bro. I have the same problems too. The itchiness of the anus and the penis also. I have the squeeze it for me to relieve the itchiness. Got burning sensations as well. Do u have any tips to make this go away. I hope you’re doing fine now.

Did you ever research anything about parasites or Pin worms? I've read they can give those symptoms

My penis burns when pee comes and sperm anus feels uncomfortable and feel like shiting not cominb whats goinv wont go to doctor but think of drinking cranberry juice

That's funny you say this. I have had these symptoms now for 4 months. They are alot Better but still happen day to day. I did a cyctology report and it stated hpv likely in unitary tract. I also had a cyctoscopy done and eurologist said it looked perfectly fine no sign of anything. He said chronic pelvic pain. So I'm doing and reading headache and the pelvic pain but not sure if it's helping. Weird thing is when i took azi and cefroxone first time it healed it but came back after two weeks. Then I did alot of other anti but little help. I took levawuin and that also helped alot but didn't heal it completely. I have another urologist on Monday and I'm going to tell him to heal me and stop guessing. God this is the worse thing ever. Legit feel like dying. Constant thinking of it and constant pain. Throbing burning pain in urethra and tip of penis pain and after bowl movements itching of anus. God help us. I don't want to live like this forever.

It seems that you might be experiencing inflamation to the nervous system around the groin area. This is commonly known as pelvic inflammatory disease for women. For men there is no reserved name for these symptoms. However, it is most commonly caused by an attack from HSV. An outbreak may cause a feeling of inflammation (burning or tenderness) to surrounding tissue and organs sharing nerve branches along the nervous system. The stomach discomfort and itching in the anal region may be a result of the virus simultaneously causing nerve damage to multiple areas of the pelvic region. It is strongly advised that you get a colonoscopy to verify or refute any cell damage potentially caused by HSV or HPV via biopsy. A biopsy should be done to the urethra (this can be very invasive and cause structural damage to the urethra) also to confirm any possible relationship between the itching sensation in the anal region and the burning sensation in the penis.
If your doctor concludes that it may be damage to the nervouse system due to the onset of HSV or HPV outbreaks, an antiviral regiment might be administered to supress the viral attacks and minimize any long term effects that the virus may cause.

I’ve read every single reply to dis forum and it is so accurately described and I’m sorry for all that pain cuz I feel it too and I’m 19 so it doesn’t make sense. Feel like it was a prostate thing but I also tested negative to all stds. I’ve also done a lot of research on it and a lot of you guys described that it was an intial infection that made y’all get cleared up but I’ve been think and there’s this diagnosis called Peyronies and it’s scar tissue developed in your urethra from trauma or damage to your penis. I think maybe the infection did some damage and then the penis and anus have some type of connection to that idk. It’s an idea

I swear it’s like I wrote this myself. I’m dealing with the EXACT same thing, word for word from what you wrote.
My biggest fear is it possibly being HSV-2, but I haven’t any visual “outbreaks”
It all started a week or so after having unprotected sex with an old fling. I knew I had something. She said it’s either chlamydia or gonorrhea. I took Doxycycline that I ordered online for weeks. Although the discharge disappeared, the tip of the penis and anus itching persisted. I went and got tested and the gonorrhea shot at the same time. Well a few days later, they came back negative for both chlamydia and gono. And nothing has changed.
I went to the docs and we did blood work, and tested everything. As mentioned, HSV-2 was my biggest fear, and no antibodies appears in the results. Now, I know these test are closer to 90% accurate I believe. And if you were exposed to the HSV-2 sooner than later, then it might not be enough time for the antibodies to form. I took my test 12-13 weeks after having intercourse with this person. I saw a site that recommended at least 12-16 weeks after exposure before getting tested…
The anxiety and hours of laying in bed with my brain running a million miles an hour is really starting to get to me. I just want to know…
I am slightly relieved to see that I’m not the only one with these identical symptoms. I wish someone would post some answers tho…

I am having identical symptoms. Has anyone in here found the culprit? I fear it’s HSV-2, but I have never seen a visual “outbreak”
I had unprotected sex with an old fling about 13 weeks ago. And the symptoms like y’all are having started a week or so after.
