Hey fellas...

Has anyone done some research on parasite infections?. The symptoms of a parasitic infection are very similar to the symptoms we all have. I guess the biggest challenge we have is not being treated for the right thing which makes the problem worse.

One other thing I want to ask is does anyone have itchiness in the skin and eyes?

Hey guys, I seem to be in the same boat as most of you. Reading this forum has really made me scared that I might be living with this ailment for years to come. My symptoms, however, just started three days ago after a poorly thought out encounter at a strip club (stripper put her fingers in her mouth, then put them down my pants. Not exactly oral sex, but close enough I suppose. The contact was brief, maybe 5-10 seconds before I stood up (causing her to fall to the floor) and told her I didn't want to be touched. She then kicked me in the testicles and I was told to leave.) I have the same symptoms many of you have described - periodic burning sensation at the top of the penis and and occasionally directly behind the head. I also used to have to have the sensation on my testicles and thigh - basically everywhere she managed to touch, but those symptoms cleared up after a day. The penis symptom remains and I also have noticed a pain in my left testicle, though I do not know if this is related to the problem or because I got kicked. I also noticed that it feels a lot better after a shower, and that I do not notice it when I am doing things. I think the reason for the last one is simply because it's such a mild burning sensation that your mind naturally tunes the pain out when you're doing things. I went to see a doctor for the burning yesterday and he examined my penis and took a urine sample. He said my penis looks as it should, aside from a very faint patch of redness, and it is very very unlikely that I received an STD from the encounter. I insisted that I be tested anyway, so I am currently awaiting the results of a test for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea. From what I read in this forum (and from what my doctor said), I expect them to come back negative. He wants me to retest again next week to be sure. He also assured me it is not herpes. He said if it was a viral infection like herpes, I would have had a major initial reaction to it with a massive rash and developing blisters. Also, like the your doctors, he said the itchiness and pain I feel is most likely because of being kicked and because of fear. However, after reading this forum, I am beginning to think that it may be fungal. It seems like we all have the same incubation time for this thing - 1-4 days after initial contact, right? I am also guessing that the vast majority of us are uncircumsized. If it is a yeast or fungus, being uncircumsized would explain why we initially contracted it and why it didn't immediately die, because the foreskin provides the two things it needs - warmth and moisture. I have a feeling most of us didn't notice we had a problem at first and ate sugary food or carbohydrates, basically feeding this demon. Here is what I will do: Since I am only on day 3, I figure this thing couldn't have spread very much. I am currently not experiencing burning when I urinate or an increase in frequency in urination, so I am hoping that it has not spread up my urethra or into my bladder. So, I am switching my diet to exclude any sugars or carbs. I will be eating nothing but vegetables and chicken for the next 2-3 months. I expect the symptoms to get much worse in the next week before they begin to get better (if it is indeed fungal). Assuming my test results do come back negative, I will also ask my doctor to check for fungus (if possible) and give me diflucan pills. Let's see if I can starve this beast before it takes over my life. I will post here again if I am successful.

Just popping in with an update - I've been on the diet for 2 days now and it seems to have some sort of positive effect. The burning sensation in my penis has mostly stopped. I don't feel it for the entire day, except for in the morning after a shower. However, I did have some major side-effects from such a drastic change in diet, which I'm told is due to the die-off effect of candida fungus. Basically, when this junk dies, it produces a ton of toxins that enter your bloodstream, resulting in things like severe headaches, extreme lethargy, etc..

I have also been reading a lot of medical papers and talking to a friend who is a doctor (ER surgeon). I told him about what happened, and he said that the possibility of contracting an STD from my encounter is basically none. There might be some possibility, but it would be on the same level as winning the lottery, simply because most STD's do not work that way.

I am now under the impression that it could simply be a generic bacterial or fungal infection of some sorts. My biggest fear at this point is prostatitis that I'll just have to learn to live with, antifungal medication resistant fungus, and herpes (I was told that this was also basically impossible given my symptoms and the situation, but I still have a deep fear of a virus that will haunt me for life). I have not yet received my test results from my urinalysis, but I am going to see a doctor tomorrow anyway just so he can inspect my testicle and prostate.

Well dudes, I'm mostly fine now. The burning sensation is entirely gone now. I still have very slight redness at the tip of the penis, but I expect that to go away shortly. All the redness behind the glans and foreskin is gone. The only other remaining symptom is an occasional dull pain in my left testicle, which I suspect is trauma pain from being kicked. As for test results, I tested negative for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea. Urinalysis shows no blood and no bacteria in the urine. Ultrasound of the testicle showed no inflammation, cysts, or torsion. Here is how I got over it within 6 days of exposure: 1. Don't stress out, it's not an STD. Here is how 3 different doctors explained it to me: STD's are simply not transmitted by the type of event I (and a lot of you guys) experienced. STDs need either damaged skin or direct blood contact to be transmitted, meaning if you got oral then your partner would need to have bleeding gums and you would need to have some sort of abrasion on your penis. The chances of getting an STD from being masturbated are "about the same as winning the lottery," as my doc put it. __HOWEVER__, he did say that the burning sensation could have been due to a non-std related infection. People have a lot of weird things in their mouth, go figure. If your body isn't used to dealing with a certain type of bacteria, and it probably won't be if it's some foreign bacteria from someone else's mouth, it will take a while before your body learns to fight back, meaning you will probably have an itchy penis, redness, burning sensation, urinary tract infection, or worse if it manages to crawl up your urethra into your bladder, testicles, or god forbid, prostate. The doc also said it was definitely not fungal, but honestly who the hell knows what this thing is. 2. Seriously, don't stress out. I think a lot of the symptoms I was experiencing and part of the reason why they didn't seem to want to go away for the first few days was because I was freaking out of my skull. Talking to a urologist really helped put most of my fears at ease. Not keeping it a secret and telling my wife what happened also took a ton of weight off my shoulders. You should tell your spouse/significant other too; they're not the ones that messed up, they deserve to know. You'll feel better after you do it. After telling both my doc and my wife, I felt infinitely better because I had nothing left to hide. My symptoms began to improve almost immediately. 3. Candida diet. I have no idea how much this really helped, but eating healthy can't really hurt. Be warned, some of the die-off symptoms are pretty terrible. I had a massive debilitating headache for about 3 days, constant feeling of hunger, and felt very lethargic the whole time. Stick with it for a few days, see if your penile symptoms improve. Don't pay attention to it every single time it burns, it won't go away instantly. 4. I assume many of you are uncircumsized like me. Keep your penis very dry and very clean. Both bacteria and fungus thrive in the same type of environment - warm and moist. You can't really control the warm, but you sure as hell can control the moist. After day 2, I started pulling back the skin every time I would urinate, then wiping it off with a piece of toilet paper when I was done. I would keep the skin back and keep it outside of my pants for a few minutes to thoroughly dry out the glans and foreskin. I would also dry it off with paper towels after a shower; I find them more absorbent than regular cloth towels. I would also use paper towels on any area that may come in contact with my penis, like my scrotum, thighs, area between the thighs and scrotum, pubic hair (which I trimmed) and perineum. I would also shower twice a day, changing my underwear each time, and wash it with plain water after masturbating (too much soap can aggravate the skin). 5. Limit masturbation to 2 times a week. Each time you spank, your penis takes a beating, and if it's already injured, you're probably going to make your symptoms worse. That's all it took, dudes. I don't know how much help it will be as I managed to catch my symptoms very early and started doing something about it on day 2, but I really hope that helps some of you in this hellish situation. I honestly think the vast majority of the symptoms are due to severe stress and poor diet, which prevents your immune system from taking care of it adequately. So, in short, keep it dry, keep it clean, eat well, don't freak out. Good luck! P.S., I was never prescribed any medications. No anti-fungals, no anti-biotics.

I had these same stmptoms. my urethra was itchy like something was inside, burns when i pee uneasy feeling like i always had to pee, and a lot of pressure the first time
I pee. I went to my doctor and was diagnosed with chlamidya, i thought i was saved so, basically I took the 4 pills of arithmozine or whatever it's called and it did the trick at first then a week later after I took the meds my symptoms came back. I went back to my doctor and he said sometimes you just need to be on medication for a longer period of time so he prescribed me doxycycline, i took it twice a day for the first 20 days and then once a day the last 10 days. My symptoms were gone while I was on the medication and I finished my dose about 2 weeks ago and what do you know my symptoms are back AGAIN. There's a little change with them though... My urethra still itches like crazy, now the bottom of my anus is itchy and the itch continues from there all the way up past my scrotum. When I first pee I feel a small burn but it goes away once the uring flows. But the biggest symptom noticed that wasn't there before is now every time I pee, my stream of urine comes out and it has two different streams... As if something is in my urethra and splits my pee in two different directions.

I did some research and I'm going to go back to my doctor for my normal check up but I think it could be trichonamous (or however you spell it). I looked up the symptoms for it in men it said
There is no test to diagnose it in men so it wouldn't show up on any test for std or STI
Also it causes basically all the symptoms of as I previously stated
I kept reading and it said the only way you could diagnose trich in men is if you have symptoms of chlamidya and ghonorrea and you take medications to get rid of it, and your symptoms aren't gone then its trich because it is resistant to both of those.

Hey Guys,

I have had exactly the same symptoms that has been mentioned in the post. I got tested for all types of STDs and STIs and everything thing was negative. I was prescribed several antibiotics by multiple doctors which would sometimes work for a bit but the symptoms would always re-appear.

My urologist now says that it could be a prostrate infection and prescribed Cypro for a week alongwith Electro mangentic treatment but it doesn't seem to be helping either. What is interesting is that I have noticed that cutting down on sugar, caffeine and alchol really helps. Also, my doctor had prescribed using fucidin cream on my penis and that helps in easing the pain on my penis. The pain re-surfaces as soon as I stop using fucidin though.

I am trying to go on a no-sugar, no-caffeine, no-alchol diet and see if that helps.  It's been like 3 months now and it's really frustrating that doctors don't have a clue to what is going on and keep trying to prescribe different antibiotics to see if anything works.

Has anyone had any success with this?

Okay you guys...This may sound crazy or gay or whatever you want to think. I believe this is a combination yeast and bacteria affecting the prostate. I recommend prostate massage therapy and 1600 mg of pure cranberry gel pills 2x per day. All of you will notice a much better bladder evacuation after the 2nd day. The ptostate massage is not fun, but you will be happy you did it. Get on line and read up on how to do it. This will clear up in 7 to 10 days. Then...Condoms. Wear condoms. And, youre not going to like this, but unprotected BJ's can cause this, so, if you dislike the way this makes your D*&# feel, play by the rules.

Folks,

You are right, i think it's a combination of yeast and bacteria. I have had this for over 3 years and used several antibiotics without luck. Though i will admit i don't take my meds accordingly so my symptoms kept coming back. Now I am on Erythromycin (4 caps a day) since 4 days now and I am feeling fantastic. I am going to continue this for another 2 weeks and update the forum.

i have something very similar to this. initially it was just a burning sensation in the penis but now the burning has started in the anus as well. i have read alot on the internet and know i think its chronic or acute prostatitis. I would just like to make a suggestion here, try to be cool, relax and dont think about it, the more you are going to think, the more you are going to feel it. and lemon helps alot, use lemons in water. food

Guys i am having exactly the same sympomts as you...Diagnosed positive for shlyamidia 2 months ago, with antibiotics it is cleaned (or doctors think it is cleansed because i recently found out that there are types of chlyamidia that are not discoverable with normal testing methods)anyway..my sympomts are: pain in the testicles, sometimes left sometimes right...then both..then the area between the scotroum and anus...then the pain goes sometimes at the shaft of my penis...and sometimes but very rare to the lower abdomen..The wise doctors of western medicine told me the same all the time when they cant find out nothing with testing: its psychosomatic!!...I also have itching anus from time to time and also strange tickling of the penis especially when i sneeze...The main thing is that these symptomps come and go..sometimes i dont feel them at all sometimes for 1-2 days even......but then they come back...

I have no urinary problems at all...i urinate often but thats because i drink lots of water..and no burning or pain when i urinate at all..

My question to you guys...did you get recovered or found out something?

Guys! First of all don't panic. This could be due to tremendous stress and body heat.Couple of weeks ago i experienced the same issue for the first time in my life. I woke up in the night and when i urinate i had a extreme burning sensation on my Anus and Penis  and couldn't get back to sleep for an hour or so.. A week passed and i returned. Without any delay i reached my elders in the family  (I searched online that suggested this could be a symptoms of STD. But i am clean guy) and they suggested to take Cumin water periodically and raisins too. So, this is what i did. Soaked 1 tbps of Cumin seeds in a gallon of water and used that as my normal drinking water. Had raisins(5 count) 6-7 times a day.. i did just these 2 for couple of days and it's gone.. Above all i was told this is very normal. So, please try this out. The Cumin water doesn't taste so good but it's not bad at all. But, you need a cure you have to. Wish you good health guys! :)
